Vespa World Days 2026 Rome - 80 Years of an Icon

Vespa World Days 2026 will be in Rome, from Thursday 25th to Sunday 28th June.This event coincides with the 80th anniverasry of the Vespa motor scooter and so Rome, the ‘eternal city’, has been chosen as a symbolic venue for the celebration. The Foro Italico area is in the heart of the city adjacent to Stadio Olimpia on the River Tiber. This will be unlike any previous World Days event. It’s being driven by Piaggio, and not only by a local club. It is expected to have a huge attendance (the Vespa Club of Italy alone has 95,000 members) so many of the usual VWD arrangements will be impractical to organize. We’ll update you here as more information comes to hand.

 It's imporatant to note that ticketing will be organized by Vespa Club Australia for its members across Australia. A response as 'Going' on this Melbourne notice is only an indication of an intention. Your interest is appreciated, but there is no further information about ticketing at the present time and the ticketing will be organized on an Australia-wide member basis.

    Hi Greg, How are you? No pressure, as I know a lot of this is out of your control, hoping you can advise me best.

    I'm not sure where to look for updates, news on WVD Rome. Is there a link. Have they shared anything yet?

    Anyone going to WVD's and not yet booked accommodation,  I have accommodation available in Rome for a 1 bedroom apartment close to venue from Mon 22/29 June.
    I booked both a 1xbedroom and a 2x bedroom.
    The 2 bedroom hoping to get someone to share with and 1 bedroom in case I didnt.
    The 2 bedroom, I am now sharing with other mmembers.
    Before cancelling thought I'd reach out, as its a great price. great plplaceamd excellent location .

    Australian World Club Members! Australian ticketing for this event opened yesterday and closes on 14 February. That's a short 12 day window. If you are committed then this page needs to be read, and there's a registration button there as well. https://vcoa.com.au/vwd-rome-2026/ There's a quota / cap on Australian registrations too, so you need get moving if you are considering as things are moving fast now.
