3 days is not enough time to ride up unless you are sitting on 110 on the freeways and that's not fun! You'll be exhausted and not be able to enjoy the AVD. It's 1,765 kms from Melb CBD straight up, that's 3 very long days of almost 600kms…"

Thanks Julie,
I didn't know there was a Vespa Club in Melbourne until I was at a location where I wanted to do a shoot with a retro/vintage model and the Vespa and the barrister in the coffee shop there mentioned it.
As I mentioned I'm a photographer with a studio in Dandenong.
I thought your Group might like to see some of my photos if that is ok.

Looking forward to Messina on Thursday night. I live in Richmond, so will walk down as my arm is in a sling for 6 weeks and I wont be able to ride my Vespa for a while. It will be a lovely opportunity to meet you and say hi to some fellow club members and ice cream lovers. Cheers

Definitely a learner and still trying to get my head around what kind of bike to get (as in the cc’s) as it’s all a different language to me haha. I’m in Diggers Rest so I need to make sure I have something that will be able to get a decent speed on the highway because it’s all 100. I will be a definite rider as soon as I get a bike so want to become a financial member now or is it best to wait? I’ll check out the discussion thread. Thanks again for reaching out, I really appreciate it. 😊
