This an easy and flexible ride from Yarraville, to Williamstown and Altona, and then back through Footscray and across to Port Melbourne. The mystery of the ride will grow depending upon who attends. It will have some magic moments. Oh and maybe Carlton. Suitable for all Vespa and rider experience.

New members: come out and ride with us.

After a long weekend of riding, all I am up to is a cruise.

Meeting from 9 am at ALFA BAKEHOUSE Yarraville MAP

Park in the courtyard area - railway station. Enter via Canterbury St / Sun Theatre.

This is our new home in the West following the closure of Garazi (sob). We have some business to attend to with the owner Sam, because this is a new meeting point on the round the Bay Ride. Come along and let's take over.

Departing at 10 am.

Here are some ride goals:

Williamstown > some photo shoots across the Bay - beautiful. Altona: we'll find the Vespa Australia office.

Some Grunge: I am checking to see if the amazing Bradmill site is open. If David is on the ride we'll do some rust and bridges in Footscray.

Lisa has some interesting art to show us too.

This ride will develop depending on the people who turn up. We'll be drawing upon all your knowledge, and if you have an idea we'll ask you to lead us there.

Then across the bridge to Pt Melbourne.  Lunch somewhere. Watch this space as the ride develops.

If you are coming out on the day, please put your ideas down for things to see on the route.

Laundry renos over a ride that's a shame David...but understand... we had a lovely day with new faces...and a surprise with John and Bren coming all the way up from Torquay.... it was a very spontaneous route we didn't really have many plans but it worked a treat and well done Renae on your first gravel road experience or two...and Gordon I think you were pleasantly surprised that your cute little 1964 girl enjoyed her day out also...hope you got home ok.. It was a nice way to spend this sunny warm Sunday....

Dear Greg and Julie, sorry to pass up on this ride. Sounds very interesting and I'm disappointed be missing out on grunge and rusty bridges. Oh dear, have to work on the laundry renovation before the visitors arrive. Have a great ride everyone

Promising to be a warm sunny day tomorrow so if you feel like joining us for a lazy ride around town then let us know.  As we leave Yarraville we will give a vespa toot to Sandy and John ....then go exploring... See you in the morning...
