A Saturday night away.

Starting out from Geelong and the famous Bush Burial painting along with exhibitions about Beasts and the Great War, then on to Ballarat and Images of Scottish Australia, to Castlemaine and the works of John Bowden. Overnight and then off to Bendigo in the morning and Undressed - 350 Years of Underwear in Fashion (no we won't be dressing up for this one). We'll aim to be back in Melbourne mid/late afternoon and Geelong an hour after that

Expressions of Interest please so I can look at accommodation options in Castlemaine.

Another great ride with the club. Thank you to our wing person in support vehicle. Maria can struggle on some hills so support vehicle with hasserd lights was reassuring. Accommodation was a great find Tufan. Was a great weekend from start to finish. Looking forward to Ned Kelly ride.

    Absolutely fantastic weekend Tufan.

Wet start from Melbourne but then the sun shone on us for the whole weekend. Lovely to catch up with Ang, Ian and Nancy for breakfast.

Allan I hope you made it safely back to Melbourne after travelling across on the ferry with Pam and joining in the ride to Ballarat.

Art Galleries were fascinating, all 3

Surprise visit by Bren and John who joined us in Maldon

Great to meet Jim and Les, sorry we skipped Castlemaine where you were waiting for us for a ride in to Maldon.

Lovely meeting Marcellinus in Bendigo FINALLY lol...and hope you enjoyed leading us out to the centre of Victoria.  Love your red PX.

Chilly ride home for those on their vespas, but what a wonderful experience and those roads were just so scenic.

A must do later in the year for sure.

Thank you Tufan, Lisa, Pam and Greg for making me feel part of the ride even though I had to drive this time...won't be long before I am back on the bike.

Memorable weekend :)  Pics to come.

I love the idea of this ride Tufan and wish we could come. We have an Indonesia visitor arriving that weekend so our apologies. Not sure if you'll return via Kyneton but the old Butter Factory (renamed The Stockroom) always has good contemporary art shows, The building is also interesting to poke around.
