Here's a summary of what is happening tomorrow.

You can ride with the group to say, Romsey or Hanging Rock, and then ride back as a day ride - or come all the way.

We'll meet at Claudio's Minimo Cafe from 9.30 am to have breakfast. Depart at 10.15 am.MAP Minimo cnr Sydney Rd & Donald St, Brunswick

We will be taking an interesting back route there - not along the Calder. Inexpensive accommodation for Bendigo Sat night has been organised. On Sunday morning attending the Bendigo breakfast.

Fantastic pics David.....can't believe we saw all of this in one weekend... it was such a good trip.  Definitely for another weekend later in the year....

Thank you Julie, Greg and Claire for a wonderful weekend. Haven't been out on the scooter for ages and our trip recharged the battery (mine, not the scooter's). Rode some roads we've never ridden before and some I haven't been on in over 40 years. The scenery was great. The Burke and Wills track is magical, not just because of it's historical significance. Even the strong southerly made the ride home interesting. Sorry for the slow pace. It was great to meet Marc and the Bendigo gang and the Bush Pig Inn was unforgettable. Look forward to doing more rides in the area.

I caught a great tail wind on the way home.  It was great to catch up and I'm looking forward to going on a ride with Fred, Anne and Marilyn.  I think a trip to Maldon to see Jim and Lesley is on the near horizon...

Well what a wonderful weekend and the weather held out for us yet again.  Thank you David for taking us on the bluestone route, I think there will be some more great rides in the future to some of these places.  400km round trip and what a WOW.  And how about our accommodation?  Little bit like Whalhalla, cabins and the Bush Pig Inn right next door was a bonus we didn't have to go anywhere after a long days ride...

Marc thank you for organising the first Bendigo breakfast meet. It was lovely to see some familiar faces Jim and Leslie and meet some newbies Fred, Anne and Marilyn.  We look forward to planning some more rides up Bendigo way later in the year so we can catch up with you all again.

    Cheers Julie

Yum. I'm excited. Been too long since I've ambled through the countryside.
