BBQ fundraiser day at Peter Stevens Ringwood SAT 1 Oct

Publicity and a fundraiser for the Club. Meet and greet motorcyclists from around Melbourne; More details soon. But we're going to need all hands on deck to maintain a BBQ stall over the day, and a display of Vespa

We provide everything for the BBQ on the day.

All you will need to bring is a float (money).

It does get quite busy so it is advisable to have at least 2 people to help.

 Everything is set up early in the morning and ready by 9.00am, and will generally go through to approximately 3.30pm.

All proceeds for the day are yours to put towards your fund raising.

 

 

Please note that all Harley Heaven and Peter Stevens employee are entitled to two free sausages on the day. (They are recognisable by their uniforms)

    What a day; raining and the grand final but hey we were all winners on the day... thanks to everyone who came along to pitch in and help or just support us...  We raised $260 and the Doggies won the grand final whoohoo.....

    Also a huge thank you to Peter Stevens Ringwood for supplying everything, setting and packing up what a great team.

    Tomorrow is our BBQ fundraising day and it would be great to see some of our members come along to join in with the cooking and/or networking. all we have to do is turn up and cook..easy peasy....it looks like it will be a busy morning so the more hands on deck the better...  see you at PS in Ringwood...

    Ok this is Grand Final day but we will still be going ahead and expecting a good turn out for the morning according to Peter Stevens.... so all hands on deck.  (sorry Tracy all dates for the rest of the year taken)

    If you would like to help man the BBQ or hand our flyers would you please let us know on this thread...From what we have heard it is a huge day out with hundreds of people so all the help will be greatly appreciated and money raised will go towards our KAD Charity in Cambodia.
