As an Incorporated Association the Vespa Club of Melbourne Inc is required to hold an AGM. This year's will take place during the Melbourne Breakfast.
The Club has booked the rear room at the Convent Bakery from 9am for breakfast, and the AGM will begin at 9.30 am.
The meeting is largely a formality and isn't expected to last very long but it's a good opportunity for our members to get together and contribute towards the club, and we do need to achieve a quorum.

Treasurers Report
Update of the Club Rules to conform with new legislation regarding the conduct of Associations.
Election of the new Committee.
All members will be emailed with full details and documentation at least 3 weeks prior to the AGM as required.

Thank you everyone who came along today, what a huge turnout we had and welcome to the newbies that also came along.
As I mentioned in my President's speech I would like to thank the outgoing Committee members Rob, Ian, Steve and Gino and I welcome the incoming members Viet, Phil, Marc and Lisa and the rest of the team.
Look out VCoM we have another great year ahead and I look forward to seeing lots of you participating in our rides and events.
