As required by Consumer Affairs Victoria I am advising that the Annual General Meeting of the Vespa Club of Melbourne Inc will take place on:
Sunday 10 November
Assemble from 11.00 AM for 11.30 AM start
Rear Room, Royal Standard Hotel

Plenty of Vespa footpath parking, and surrounding car parking.
Following the practice of European Clubs, this year the event is fully catered with a light brunch and refreshments.
Only Financial Members of VCoM Inc can attend this meeting. The actual meeting is expected to only last for half an hour, after which we'll enjoy the food and company.
If you are attending please mark your self as 'Going' on this event page, and you'll also go on our catering list.
If you cannot attend LODGE A PROXY HERE. It's quick and easy! And enables your attendance and vote to be recorded. We are a big club and always chasing a big quorum. Please do lodge a proxy if you cannot attend.
