As required by Consumer Affairs Victoria I am advising that the Annual General Meeting of the Vespa Club of Melbourne Inc will take place on:
Sunday 08 October
Assemble at 11.00 AM for 11.30 AM
Rear Room, Royal Standard Hotel
333 William St, West Melbourne 3033
Plenty of Vespa footpath parking, and surrounding car parking.
Following the practice of European Clubs, this year the event is fully catered with a light brunch and refreshments, and will be our first public AGM since the covid era.
Only Financial Members of VCoM Inc can attend this meeting. The actual meeting is expected to only last for half an hour, after which we'll enjoy the food and company.
If you are attending: please RSVP under the event here and you'll also go on our catering list.
If you cannot attend: please register a proxy here to enable your attendance and vote to be recorded. We are a big club and always chasing a big quorum. Please do lodge a proxy if you cannot attend.
All the required documentation has been mailed to all Full and Financial members. (21 days prior notice)

Complimentary Coffee / tea pick up from the bar from 11 AM.
- No table service during the actual mtg 11.30 - 12. Bar service only. Please have the agenda open on your phone (emailed to you twice)
- Brunch will be served after the meeting from 12.10 PM and catered by the club. Alcohol service from the bar at your choice.
