I learnt the weather was about to change dramatically on Wednesday while eating pizza (the only food in town) and watching the news at the Royal Hotel in Sea Lake. I thought I'd try to get home in a day to avoid riding in the rain but I still wanted to visit those towns I was interested in seeing. Anyway I ended up at the top of that thrilling descent onto Parwan Valley along Glenmore Road. My clever little camera makes it seem far brighter than the naked eye but with a one candle power headlight, needless to say the ride was interesting. I did 540 kms that day or 180 kms more than the direct route home from Sea Lake.
