    That's amazing Marc looking forward to hearing the history on this bike and it's owner...even though it's not a vespa...:)

    Spot on Rolf. DKW became Audi later on. Hence the 4 rings in the logo. It's a local bike, completely original, including the owner! Still has the badges on it from the local small engines shop from where it came. The shop is still open btw. The stories the lady who owned it told were amazing. I have copies of photos of the bike in the 60s. She said she could get it up to 40mph, but it was bored out to 85cc..... I hope to write it up sometime soon to share, there are some great tales to this bike.

    Hmmm thought it looked like one of those german scoots....in "pink"..thanks for clearing that up Rolf....:)

    I think it's a 1957 DKW Hobby Julie. Made in Germany, and 75cc 2 stroke with a top speed of 50km/h.... I think

    Not a Vespa, but beautiful.
