Wallace is a small town just south of Ballarat that boasts a wonderful Hotel. It's beautifully renovated, with a focus on food service (all day!), and an epansive muti-roomed garden area. It's a delight! I have now booked a table for 10+ and Andrea will be making a fuss of us too, arranging for us to park our Vespas inside the garden on the old bocce court. Please mark your attendance if you wish to come along for a delicious lunch at this lovely Hotel. We'll have lunch at 12 noon - order early before the rush. Our members in and around Ballarat are welcome to join us there. Wallace map
There's also an old abandoned butter factory and 'haunted milk farm' to have a look at. This is included just for David.
Meeting
At the Ampol Foodary, Lt Boundary Rd, Laverton North where you can top up with petrol. You must have a full tank from this point as fuel stations are limited where we are going. Your bike range needs to be 130 kms. Arrive from 9.30am if you want a coffee.
Departing:10am SHARP
It's only 1 hour 20 minutes to Wallace or 84 kms. We'll refuel on the way home at Bacchus Marsh after 130 Kms. We'll travel a familiar route via Bacchus Marsh, Ballan, and Gordon. It is back roads all the way. Some country roads with poor surface. This is a fairly easy ride, with some 100kms roads, but we will stick together. Suitable for all Vespa and rider experience
Come one, come all. It'll be 'A Grand Day Out!"

Next Sunday
Hi everyone
Next Sunday is looking good, so please mark your attendance as I have booked a table and need to confirm numbers by Saturday. It is a gorgeous pub, with loads of space and a lovely beer garden where we can park our vespas.
Hope you can join us.
Sorry I cannot make this ride but highly recommend the Old Wallace Garage for a range of home made deliciousness.
