In this very difficult Covid 19 restriction period, we are still required to go ahead with an Annual General Meeting. This year it will again be held online. This is the formal notice to you.

Committee election. Our preference is that the current Committee is rolled over into next year, given that it has been unable to do very much in this non-year. However, all positions are now open for nomination, and will close on 07 October. If you would like to nominate for a position then please contact me via this admin address, and I will provide you with a nomination form.
Most importantly, please attend by Proxy. We need to achieve a quorum and we can do this if members simply lodge a proxy for the meeting. In this difficult year we really need you to lodge a proxy to ensure the meeting is successful. You can do this by emailing back the attached form, or it’s so very easy to do it online here:

So, the message is that you can attend the online meeting, but if you don’t won’t to then please register a proxy. Please take a few moments to lodge a proxy online. Proxies close 24 hours prior to the meeting.
We’re hoping our next news email to you announces the positive re awakening of the Club. Watch out for our Christmas ‘Party’ announcement too. Thank you all so much for your support. The Club is OK and will re-emerge very strongly.
