The Scooter Ball is approaching fast so we need to now think about the preparation of this evening.

If you would like to be involved please mark your attendance and come along for a chat and meal.

Jobs to be allocated:

  • Decorations
  • Reception
  • Speeches & presentations
  • Prizes.
  • Sponsorship for extras
  • Anything else to make the night memorable
  • Assistance with set up on the day from 11am
  • Any further ideas to make this a great night welcome

    Can't make the meeting as I'm working afternoon shift but am happy to help on the night just let me know mamma I'm in lots of hands make light work
