Calling all Scooterists. It's Ride to Work Day so let's all get out on our two wheels and take back the roads. There is a breakfast and publicity event for scooters and motorcycles at the Victoria Market in the morning. Drop in on your way to work and represent scooterists.
RIDE TO WORK BREAKFAST. Monday, March 16 from 7 am to 9 am. Speeches and presentations at 8 am. Lord Mayor Robert Doyle & Minister for Transport Luke Donnellan.

The aims are to promote safe motorcycle & scooter commuting to Melbourne and the inner suburbs, to make car drivers aware of the benefits to them of safe two-wheel commuters by generating positive media cover and to educate novice riders about the 3 types of bike parking available.
Please put the RIDE TO WORK BREAKFAST in your diary if you commute to Melbourne on your bike. Even if you don't, you are welcome to attend for 5 minutes or 2 hours. There are no event registration or admission fees just roll up.
