Well I hope everyone got home safely after a very typical Melbourne weather day....pouring rain, clouds, blue sky and sunshine and of course some strong wind thrown in....

Thank you Lisa for organising this ride and also bringing the "Miranda" theme with your cohort Tufan..well done you both looked mystical in your white attire walking with all the rest of us in our black...lol....

Superb picnic spread followed by a much needed walk up the rock before finally parting ways with our Geelong crew at Gisborne....

Looking forward to seeing some of the many pics that were taken today... great day and fantastic company....

ps For all those concerned Tanya only ended up with a few bumps and scratches and a slightly bruised ego but her bike will need some TLC...after a strong coffee she was able to ride home with partner Simon and after today our corporate sponsor Joe with be busy passing on the corporate sponsor discount to a couple of our members. We hope you are back on the road again soon.

from the car parking area at Godfrey's Vacuum Cleaners, opposite Fords on the Melbourne Road, I'll email everyone who is a yes, or a maybe.

    Hi all,

i plan to leave early from the Rock as i have a bbq on in the arvo. Company on the way back will be most welcomed. I gonna assume that if we leave the Convent at 9 we should be at the Rock by 11.30-12 max so i plan to hang around an hour to give me plenty of time to get home and to the bbq. Should be a good ride
