For those not going down to the Geelong 'Blokes Day Out' Event, here's a good run out to the East.
The Club has been invited up to Gembrook by Clem and Sarah who run the Gourmet Garage Cafe (inside the old Motoring garage / museum), where we'll have lunch. Clem is also a passionate scooterist - a member of the Melbourne Crusaders - and friend of Vespa House.
Hi Julie,
lunch on the 1st April would be fine. Please let me know how many people might be interested and we can arrange some great food on your arrival.
I look forward to catching up then.
Cheers
Clem
This should be a pleasant and easy 160K ride, suitable for all ranges of bikes. It would be great see some of our member classics on the run too. Possibly some wet weather - so come prepared. This an ideal first time - new member ride too.
Gembrook is a scenic historic town and home of the Puffing Billy and other things to see. Gembrook Tourist Site
