Back by popular demand, our summer season, gelato gatherings continues with a get yourself to Biancolatte - next to the Post Office.
In 2012 Italian born Andrea Di Fiore came to Australia to marry his Melbourne sweetheart, Camille. He had a dream to make gelato with truly exceptional flavour, so he came up with a unique way to use less sugar than the industry standard – making his gelato just sweet enough to allow all of the beautiful artisan flavours to shine. Pistacchio, chocolate, fruits, fresh jersey milk. Fresh coffee. The tastes of home.
About the Gelato Gathering.
The idea came out of desire to ride every day and to enjoy the longer daylight and great riding weather over summer. The initial concept wavered between Wednesday and Thursday and this year we'll stick to Wednesday and if the weather forecast and radar show as horific and dangerous, we may cancel at short notice. Also there has been interest in pizza rides of the same nature. Please feel free to put up a ride to your local favourite, no need to consult, just do it !!
Gelato locations to be considered this season include: Gelato UNOU Seaford, Gelato Lab Black Rock, Luna Blu Elsterwick, Piccolina Lt Bourke St cnd Hardware Lane Melbourne, Messina Richmond and gems I've been told about in Cono Gelateria near Resevoir Lake, Williamstown, Yarraville and Miinot Coburg. Let me know your fave and we'll get there soon.

Hi Roy
im sorry but Greg and I are an apology for tonight. We're just home from doing the 4 Day B&W ride in an intensive 2 day recce drive and both a bit drained.
Hope the wild weather has passed and you have another sunny gelati evening. We missed the wild winds and hail that crossed over Brunny West, but had to clean up the mess it left. !!!!
Have a safe trip to the north and pass on our very best wishes to Clinton and Tracey.
Cheers Julie
