The Edge for our regular breakfast and Vespa conversation from 8.30 - 10.30. This is an opportunity for regulars to catch up and also allows any new interested Vespa riders to join in. Everyone is welcome
Wayne sorry you couldn't make it this morning, hope you get "Auntie" up and running soon.
Tufan it was a great turnout and wow that's a fine collection from the breakie...that gorgeous vespa money box is a great idea. Thank you everyone.
It was great to meet Leo on his new bike, Kate and her 3yr old little boy Charlie (who just loves vespas) and Kaye from Queenscliff. Always lovely to see Brett join us also...hope you got a buyer for your bike.
After a lovely breakfast and catchup the ride to Queensliffe was very pleasant and the market was a real treat. I scored a trio of delicious oils and a black cat!!
The ferry ride was just wonderful and how good was the massage chair..hmmm, the sun came out which made the sea water so blue....and while we were actually waiting for the ferry I spoke to two potential new members Fiona and Sarah so come on board ladies... Fiona already rides a 250 and sadly Sarah had her vespa stolen a couple of years ago but was inspired to buy another one when she saw us all lined up and learned that we were a club. Gave them both a form..:)
We had a bit longer than expected trip home with Leo's bike seizing up at Safety Beach so hope you got home safely Leo and thanks to Gino and Dom towing Leo's bike to safety at the servo and then John B pillioning Leo to D.O.C. where we all finally enjoyed a belated lunch and a well deserved drink.
A lovely ride back along Beach Road topped off what we would have to call an eventful day.
Great to catch up with the Geelong crew as always and looking forward to seeing you all again soon. Hope all the 9 Melbourne riders got home safely and thank you everyone for yet another great VCM day out.
What a massive turnout, was it 20 scooters at ne stage? A few came and went. So good to meet a few new people as well- welcome to Kate (and Charlie) and Kaye. Hope to see more of you.
The Vespa loose change money tin raised $33.85 for our charity, well done Vesparados.
Bugger, but a good bugger, I was hoping to ride the Sprint V in on Sunday, but a guy wants to look at my GT, hoping to buy it.....looks like it's going to be a nice day for what might be the last time I ride my beloved GT200. Sprint can wait until next month.

20 - done and dusted - can we get to 25? ordinary breakfast - extraordinary people (and their scoots)
Hi Tufan
Hope you had a great break. Queenscliff or Barwon Heads sounds good, think its market day at Queencliff this Sunday!
Hi Tufan
Welcome back from NZ, bet its nice to be back on stable turf...
I am sure we will break the 20 at breakfast on Sunday, the weather is looking fine for people to shine up their vespas and come along for a ride.
We'll decide on the day, but probably Queenscliff, and/or Barwon Heads
And for those who say they might attend - come along!! Let's see if we can push the numbers over 20!
Hi Tufan I am in it too, any place for a ride your the master of the area, take us
around and around and around......LOL..see you at breakfast cheers Gino.
