With some uncertainty regarding seating and tables it might be prudent for people to bring a chair, or a rug, just in case we can't score one of the shelters. We will be aiming for the shelter on the opposite side of the main group, so drive through the park to the opposite side - there's parking there. The club will be providing some nibbles and red and white wine to enjoy. Don't forget to bring a plate to share. And if anyone else is thinking of coming, please register and come along...

I am pleased to let you know that the registration date has been extended to Friday 4/12/20 for those that have not had a chance to register just yet.
The reason for registration is to keep the club in line with DHHS Covid regulations for tracking.

Club President has spoken.
If you hadn't registered with Tony by 15th November you cannot attend this club function.
If you are not on the list or Geelong members, you cannot attend this function, because you didn't receive an invitation/notice about it
So this is now an exclusive event, by invitation only, and if you were planning to attend but didn't get around to registering with Tony, bad luck, you cannot attend. Or if circumstances change and you could find yourself free on December 13th and would like to attend, bad luck, you are excluded from participating
Hi Geelong Members!
This has been a really tough year and it's been hard for us to get together. The Club is very pleased to support a separate Geelong Xmas event this unique year, so that you can all get together to enjoy each other's company.
It's really important that you confirm and register your attendance by email to Tony Vescio, as per his original email to you, rather than this event page.
