Ever wanted to check out Melbourne’s growing food truck scene? Then come along on this ride for the perfect opportunity for some food truck grazing……

Meeting at Abbotsford Convent for coffee at 10.30am, we will depart from there at 11am for a short, leisurely inner city ride (route to be advised) - destination Village Melbourne - an urban cultural community hub on the historic grounds of the former Royal Victorian Institute for the Blind, along the leafy St Kilda Road "Boulevard".

There we can check out “Trailer Park” - an outdoor pop-up food court comprising of Melbourne's finest food trucks, , with plenty of seating and a full bar.  Each truck features it's own specialised cuisine. Food Trucks allow people with brilliant food ideas and talents access to bring their concept to the people, and Trailer Park allows people access to enjoy all of these trucks in the one location.

We will be able to enjoy lunch from a variety of food trucks,  including Beatbox Kitchen with their burger goodness (the BEST BURGERS EVER in my opinion!), Cornutopia for delicious tacos and sweet corn, Gumbo Kitchen rollin’ New Orleans style with gumbo and po boys and The Curry Truck who will knock your socks off with their sub-continental fare. For dessert,  The Brûlée Cart (crazy good creme brûlée!) will be making it's debut!

A perfect event for new members!

We will all make our way home from there at our leisure.

We will all make our way home from here at our lesiure.
