The Vespa Club of Melbourne supports this fundraising event, by our newest Sponsor Member - Scooterlabs. > GOOGLE MAP
All bikes are welcome - geared and auto, modern and classic. There's a special invitation to get some of the big autos up on the Dyno. What's the difference bw a 300 and a 300SS? A modern PX and an older geared Vespa?
Come along and enjoy the atmosphere. Put your bike up on the Dyno and see how it is running! The event runs from 12 noon - 4 PM. Vote and Dyno!
The cost is $80 to register, and apart from RSVPing here, you need to go onto the Scooterlabs registration page to ensure your spot. You cannot get an $80 Dyno anywhere in Melbourne - this is a great opportunity.
please go to the facebook event and RSVP

There are sixteen positions available for the Dyno Day. It is a fundraising event and is to be kept lighthearted and fun. At $80 per entry it is still the cheapest Dyno run in town, not to mention the chance at hundreds of dollars in prizes.
Everyone attending will have a chance at winning some great door prizes.
Every Registered competitor will receive the following :
- A spot on the wheel of truth on the big day. A power-run with a printout as well as the option to do a ‘drag race run’ for a chance at that prize.
- A gift pack including a voucher for a steak sandwich, coffee, stickers etc.
- A $50 voucher to use anytime at Scooterlabs Dyno.
- A chance at any of the prizes available.
please go to the facebook event and RSVP
There will be a whole VCM Dyno Day organised for a later date too.

Thanks Derek for a fun day out to distract from election day.... Also thanks for putting the PX up on the Dyno machine for me Looking forward to seeing the outcome of the day.... hey and the steak and haloumi sandwich was pretty good ...
Nice to see some other VCoM members there and always nice to mingle with other club members.
Cheers Julie
hey Stefan... I got the big box on my doorstep yesterday from GPS - rear rack, flywheel chrome cover, and a rear bar ordered - all for the PX. It's like a Christmas present.
What a great surprise: I had a parcel from GPS imports with the above spare part on my door step this afternoon. Outstanding service, a big 'Thank You' to the GPS team!!!
Hi Rolf, Thank you for your offer. Unfortunately it is not a flat piece. It is the little oil gauge glass underneath the fuel tap on the Lusso models. I have removed the fuel and oil tank and bits spread out in the garage.
I need to see if I can squeeze the dyno day in and just use the Super 150. Maybe the engine now generates impressive 6.5hp with the SitoPlus instead of 6hp withthe original exhaust - would be an increase of mind blowing (almost) 10% :-. Let's create some blue smoke...
Hey Stefan, if it's just a piece of glass, you may find you can get one cut at a glaziers? Otherwise I have some polycarb sheeting you could make one out of in the mean time.
Wish I could put the PX on the dyno but she is currently out of order, waiting for a spare GPS doesn't have on hand (Oil indicator glass cracked and leaking).
Does anyone have a spare oil glass for the 2 stroke oil?
looking forward to the wheel of truth!
