Don't waste a sunny day! last time this ride was rained out, but this time...
A low speed ride along the Bay, and stopping along the way to see some views that we often just ride past. Especially suitable for inexperienced riders and new members. Classic bikes: this one is for you too. Come along and ride - meet other members, and experience riding as a group. A social ride, and see some great views that you have never seen.
Bring your camera.
Meet at Station Pier, Port Melbourne from 9.30 am. Good coffee available at Mr Hobson Cafe too.Departing at 10 AM
We'll tootle around the Bay following Beach Road and frequently stopping (at this stage) at:
Princess Pier Beacon Cove, and then we'll invade the Sandrignham Yacht Club. There's an old submarine moored there to discover.
Half Moon Bay and the view across HMAS Cerberus. It's a coffee stop, take your time and enjoy.
Eventually we'll get to Carrum and for lunch at Cafe Moto at 12.30 PM - an eclectic Motorcycle cafe.
We would love to meet other members there too.

Glad you blew out those cobwebs Tony.... what a shocker, we nearly got blown off the 300's about 2 mins from home... Hope Roberto went via Abbotsford to get a bit more shelter on his way home...:)
Think this ride is doomed... it was a shocker back in May although we proceeded... come on spring give us some great riding weather please....
Still nice to have a brief ride this morning. Late breakfast Greg, Julie, Lisa and Roberto.
Then a quick trip through the backstreets—watching Lisa get blasted sideways by wind gusts all the way to Carlton.
Slowest trip ever!—home from the city with a stiff northerly headwind restricting the PX top speed to about 45kph.
Otherwise a stunning day. Did blow the cobwebs out.
