A Club Working Bee with the aim of getting all club materials organised into member packs and ready to mail. This will ease the workload involved in processing members, and have things sorted and ready to mail.
Aim: Collate 50 New Member packs, and 50 Renewal Packs
Now, there will be good food (thinking Brunswick Lebanese), good wine, and very good music too.
Work a bit, talk, eat, drink, and celebrate. Free gifto for all participants as payment according to the VCM Award. Starting 6.30 - but who knows it may go beyond 8.30 .....
If you can help out, then please come along. Join the VCM Production Line. All members are very welcome - stay for as long as you like.If you just want to socialise - the more the merrier. We will even put the heater on tops!

A huge thank you to eveyone who braved this cold wet night and came along to the working bee tonight. It was great having eveyone join in and wow what a great production line we had going with Greg being the "fat controller" at the end...lol
Great night we really appreciated the help, what would have taken Greg and I a few hours only took about 45 minutes and lots of laughs. Packs are all ready to go now and thanks to Lisa, David and Phil who renewed and got their coveted foundation badge. Thank you once again.
