BBQ fundraiser day at Peter Stevens Ringwood SAT 22 SEPT

Publicity and a fundraiser for the Club. Meet and greet motorcyclists from around Melbourne; More details soon. But we're going to need all hands on deck to maintain a BBQ stall over the day, and a display of Vespas

We provide everything for the BBQ on the day.

All you will need to bring is a float (money).

It does get quite busy so it is advisable to have at least 2 people to help.

 Everything is set up early in the morning and ready by 9.00am, and will generally go through to approximately 3.30pm.

All proceeds for the day are yours to put towards your fund raising.

 

 

Please note that all Harley Heaven and Peter Stevens employee are entitled to two free sausages on the day. (They are recognisable by their uniforms)

    Well the weather couldn't have been better for the BBQ today and a big thank you to Pete, Les, Steve and James for attending, cooking, and umm eating...:)  We made $250 which is interesting as that is what we made two years ago on a cold wet grand final day... !!

    If you are free, we would love some more volunteers to come out and help on the stand.  It's a bit of fun and best of all the money raised goes to our Cambodian charity.  Please put you name down if you can make it.
