It is great to hear from you again and hope to meet both of you again next year. We are here also very busy with some more activities, especially the number of classrooms and daycare children has increased up to around 170 who need our warm and safe care. So we are now facing the most difficulty with transport means from and to their villages and our center. We have currently used three types of vehicles as our transport means including one Hyundai truck, one TUK TUK and one rented van. Due to many children, these three vehicles are not enough. The children have to be squeezed into small space that makes them uncomfortable to sit. Sometimes, they cry, refuse to come and beat each other on the way. The first priority now is a vehicle to transport the children to and fro. But it costs between USD10,000 – USD15,000. It will really help solve our problem and facilitate our transportation activities if someone can afford to buy it for us.
Concrete cistern can store several cubic meters of rain for cooking and drinking for children. Its size is 4m x 6m x 4m and it costs around USD5,000.
Eating site in front child daycare under the trees will be prepared. It will be made from concrete and equipped with concrete banks on which the children sit eating lunch. Its total size is 12m x 30m that costs around USD3,000.
We will also need about USD3,000 to improve the classroom condition (including table, chair, glass-made whiteboard, class decoration materials, water cooler and library books).

It is a private event Tracy with the meal included with the movie price and members get the discount. Drinks and ice-cream are extra but 50% of those sales will be donated to our Cambodian Charity... Peter at Alleycat has created this private event purely to raise money for the KAD like last year and has personally extended an invite to his customers only he is trying to streamline it a little better this year. Last year he was able to donate $900 and I think he is looking to be able to donate as much or possibly more this year.

This is a fundraiser that AlleyCat is putting on Tracy so everyone who attends is a paying customer sorry...$20 is a club discount on the night for members which is a film, supper plate & french crepe. It has been way overbooked by both AlleyCat and the club and we now have a waiting list so please let me know if you still want to attend or not. It is out of my hands really so hope you understand.

We've way way overbooked our allocation of seats (20) at the event, with about 40 attending.
If you have mised out, we'll be talking to Peter about holding another later in the year.
As I'm not sure if I'll be having dinner I just wanted to check if that is a separate cost - and if so how much?
