VCoM invitation to All things Italian @ Prahran Market Sat 21 June

8485183885?profile=originalWe have been invited to attend the Italian Festival @ Prahran Market and everyone who attends will receive a $20 Market Voucher in appreciation.

Dear Vespa Club of Melbourne

Prahran Market will celebrate all things Italian with its Festa della Repubblica celebrations on Saturday 21st June.

The day will be filled with free entertainment for all with Pasta Making workshops, cooking demonstrations, Italian produce tasting including salami, Passatta, pasta, prosciutto and olive oil, kid’s activities, Italian Dancing Workshops and performances, live music, roving entertainers and more.

 

Bring along yourself and your Vespa for our Italian Vespa Display along our Commercial Road Undercover area (or within Market Square- weather dependent) and receive a $20 Prahran Market Voucher, with 6 months validity, to spend at any stall or café within the Market.

This will be a nice easy ride with loads to see and do at the Market.

Meet at the Abbotsford Convent 10am depart 10.30am

Hope you can join in this fun day out oh and don't forget to wear your VCoM t-shirt.

    Well done Matylda. Enjoyed the ride you led on the way to the gig and the $20 voucher was a treat. Sorry I shot off on you all, had to head off and wasn't able to relocate you all. Good to meet you Colin and James as well. Hope to catch you all soon. Cheers Pietro

    Enjoy all things Italian at Prahran Market!

     

    Enjoy all things Italian at Prahran Market at our Festa della Repubblica celebration.

    •Enjoy roving Musicians playing a range of Traditional Italian Music

    •Italian Cooking demonstration by Riccardo from Valentino Restaurant, Mc'ed by Alice in Frames as part of her Edible Adventures. 12noon

    •Italian Dancing

    • Pasta making workshops (free), in the Blanco Kitchen

    • Kids activity- making Ravioli to take home (and they get to take home their very own chef hat and apron, all for FREE)

    •Vespa display by the Vespa Club of Melbourne

    •And there's a TONNE of tastings, samples and promotions on offer by our traders.

    I went to meet with the organisers this morning and we have a lovely wide undercover area to park which will be freshly paved and with easy access so you may come and go at will. Looks to be a fun tasty day so COME ALONG :)

    Unfortunately Greg and I will be heading up to Ararat this weekend, so will not be able to attend.  Matylda is looking after this gig so come on everyone give her all your support, it will be a great chance to check out the vibrant Prahran Market and get a small token of thanks to spend within the next 6 months.  Thank you Julie
