This is our annual Christmas Party and club celebration. Food, prizes, and Vespa Santa!

Members! We want to see you there and thank you for your support. Come along, have a Christmas drink with the Club, and pick up your Christmas present!  Oh... our venue capacity is only 125(!), but we're back at the Royal Standard because the food is so plentiful and the atmosphere great. We take over the whole pub for a true celebration of of our club.

Members are FREE

Members are welcome to bring along their partner (1 person), and the price is $39.00

Who will be Vespa Santa this year?

The event is by ticket reservation only. Capacity is 125, and set at 1 Member / 1 ticket. 

Please only collect a ticket if you are absolutely sure that you're attending.  A 'no show' would mean that someone else has missed out and club money wasted.

Admission is by a Ticket only. There'll be no tickets at the door.

Drinks from 11.30 AM

Food service from 12.30 PM

Santa at 2 PM

Finish at 3 PM

Special dietary requirements (eg Gluten) will be catered for... Let us know.

    We can’t wait to see you all next Sunday. We kick start at 11.30 AM for drinks. Please check in with Julie or Tania when you arrive. Lunch is seated from 12.30 PM.
    Every Member who has asked to attend is now ticketed. There are now new tickets available on the page, but we are guessing everyone is done. What a great inclusive club we are!
    We'll be paying the venue catering costs tomorrow, based upon your commitment. So, this is a last call for you to help us:
    If you have changed your mind, or have other sudden Xmas commitments and cannot attend, then could you please advise me asap before the Club commits to paying for your meal. 12308989458?profile=RESIZE_400xThis will ensure the Club gets the catering costs right.     Thanks all for your help in planning this event. We're pleased to say that, like every year, every member who wanted to attend is now attending.

    We soon have to pay for the catering. Please, if you find that you cannot attend, could you please let us know asap, so that we get the catering figure correct.

    Hi there. For those who have a ticket.

    Our annual Christman Party is just around the corner on Sunday 10th December at the Royal Standard Hotel in West Melbourne.

    Importantly, if you are no longer intending to come, we need to know now. It’s a busy time of year and understandably you may now have other plans.

    We have a waiting list of members wanting to attend. If you don’t attend on the day then those members will have missed out, and club money will have gone to waste on catering.

    If you can no longer attend, then please reply to this email.

    Otherwise, I am looking forward to seeing you at the event.

    There are only three tickets left for the Christmas Party. Once these are gone, the system will go for waiting list.

    Any cancellations wiil then be offered to the waiting list. In our experience, there will be cancellations - it's a busy time of year!
