MELBOURNE CLASSIC RIDE - Blue Smoke Over Nutfield, Sunday 17 November 2019 RIDE IS CLOSED NOW at Park Street Cafe

November 17, 2019 from 9am to 3:30pm
What VCM's annual two-stroke blue-smoke ride is on again. This is a special ride to celebrate older classic geared scooters. All marques are welcome - Lambretta, Heinkel, Maicoletta, Puch, Rabbit and of course Vespa including the entire PX Vespa range - the older your scooter, the better. Pillions are welcome too. This ride is badged as a Vespa Day event and so we are using the Vespa World Club cog patch to acknowledge our club’s connection to a larger sister and brotherhood of Vespa owners…See More

"Yes. You need a locksmith with a transponder to read the chip in the key. We have used Gibson’s locksmith in Moonee Ponds. Cost you about 100 dollars. But it will only ever be a copy of the blue key - not the master programming key."

Hi Philip, just got back from Indonesia after the club's trip to Cambodia. Thanks for your comment on photos of my trip to Broken Hill. It was a great ride. I will write up the trip and post the route on the club's site as soon as I get some time. I'm enjoying my old 150 Super and am currently getting a 1980 P200E back together. Coming to the classic meet next Sunday? Best wishes, David
