This is a short ride out to Yarra Glen via the Christmas Hills area. A great ride thur the country. Much closer to home due to the winter conditions. A nice warm cup of coco & and a munch at the cafe on site, plus shopping for the sweet tooth vespa riders for the day. Large cafe caters for all tastes and is Gluten & vegan friendly!!.  Some of there chocolate for sale are too !!

Just a 48km ride from Preston. 

Meet at the Edwards Lake car park in Griffiths Street Resevoir. > MAP < Start time 10.00am.

Lots of safe parking at the venue, plus plenty of cover in case the weather turns bad.

    The weather for this trip is looking good (so far)..

    For those Vespa riders coming on this trip PLEASE do a pre ride check on your scooter before the Sunday event.

    * Check engine oil & coolant levels are ok.

    * Tyres are in good condition & are correctly inflated.

    * Headlight & lights working correctly.. including the horn.

    * Scooter battery in good working order.

    * Please have a full tank of fuel before starting. Fuel is available in Yarra Glen.

    The MAX speed limit on roads traveling to this event is 80 Kph.
