Join us on this fun ride on the Mornington Penninsula, exploring some of the local ocean and bay beaches in the Rye and Sorrento area.

We will meet at South Beach Project Café at 464 Esplanade in Mount Martha from 9 am, if riders would like a coffee or breakfast beforehand. The ride will then depart from here at 10 am sharp. Google Map South Beach Project

We will head to Rye ocean beach and rock pools via a stop in at No 16 Beach General Store in Rye.  We then continue to explore the local area before stopping for lunch at the All Smiles Sorrento Ocean Beach cafe where spectacular ocean views are to be had.  We then meander back via bay beaches, and finish the ride at Mornington Pier.

Hi riders note that to a couple of the beaches, there is a short walk. You may want to pack extra shoes. 150m to one, maybe 300 metres to another. I'll be doing it in my boots. cheers.

Looking forward to tomorrow's ride. Weather looking ok with some rain forecast during the night followed by a part cloudy day. 21 degrees. Should be fun and a great opportunity to catch and get to know fellow riders. 😁🛵
