This is an early morning ride from central Melbourne down to the Mornington Peninsula Breakfast where we'll join our very active members there for a great morning. The weather looks very good for riding.
Note that the usual run - Beach Rd St Kilda to South Rd - is closed all morning for one of those Triathalon events, so we will be going straight down the Nepean. You'll need to avoid this if travelling from the west.
Meet: From 7.30 AM at Ampol Woolworths Metro Go, Elsternwick. Cnr Nepean and Glenhuntly Rd. MAP
Then straight down to Mornington via Mordialloc and Frankston to arrive by 9 AM. At this time of the morning the Nepean will be very quiet. We're happy for you to arrange to meet us and join along the way. Leave the arrangement as a comment below. This ride is obviously suitable for all Vespa and all rider experience. You just need to get up early to join in.
After breakfast. Our Organizer there has planned a ride which will explore some of our magnificent Mornington Peninsula beaches and coastal lookouts. The team intends to then settle in for lunch at Balnarring. We'll probably attend most of the ride but then find a time to break away before lunch to head home for the early afternoon. But it's your call how long you stay.
RSVP is very important for the Mornington Peninsula breakfast catering, so indicate 'Going' on this ride, then indicate 'Going' under the Breakfast event.

Bummer Jay. Get well soon! Hopefully catch you for our next breakfast down south. Cheers. Allan
Hi Greg
Jon and I will meet you at Mordialloc round--about. We can just follow you through. We'll wait on your LHS on the way through the roundabout.
We'll be there waiting by 8.10am.
Thanks
Suzette
My apologies everyone. I hurt my back today so unfortunately I'm not going to be able to attend tomorrow. Have a wonderful time and we will do the next one together 😃
Looking forward to seeing as many of you who would like to join us for breakfast and ride afterwards. Thanks Greg for the promo your end, and yes please advise by Thursday day re breakfast so I can let the manager know by Thursday, which will assist with their planning etc. Cheers, Allan
