Just arrived home after a great day out with the club on the classic Vespa ride today. The wearher remained fine until we almost reached our destination at the Cafe Moto in Carrum - starting to rain about 10 minutes before we arrived. This did nothing to dampen our enthusiasm however and all riders had a great day out. My son James (riding pillion) and I had a great time and it was especially good to meet so many great club members. Thanks to all those inolved in organising this event, you did aterrific job !
Thanks Greg, I've just checked the forecast again and I think you're right. Only looks like the risk of a shower or two, so we should be fine to go. See you tomorrow.
Thanks Terence.
Well, at worst its going to be a light sprinkle. So see you tomorrow.
Thanks to all involved in organising this event. I'll be attending with my son as pillion on my PX200 bike - assuming it's not pouring with rain on the day ! Fingers crossed for some fine weather on the first day of Melbourne's Spring.
Pretty much a final call for participants on this ride.
We have over 40 confirmations. You are welcome to join in.
David and I are meeting tomorrow, and all participants will be emailed with final ride details on Thursday.
