We're an Incorporated Asociation so we need to have an AGM.

The AGM will take place at:

9.30 am - 10.00 am

Convent Bakery (rear room)

September Breakfast Sunday 13 Sept 2015

Main items:

1. Tabling of the Treasurers Report for the last financial year, and forwarding to Consumer Affairs.
2. Election of a new Committee.

We'll move into the Convent Bakery from our usual breakfast meet for a short formal meeting.

All documents (Agenda, Reports, and Forms) have been uploaded in the Members Room, and all financial members will get them by email today.

If you are interested in being part of organizing this great Club, then you are encouraged to stand for the  next Committee.

We're a big Club and we need to achieve a 10% quorum. So if you are not coming to the breakfast, please put in a proxy form.
