Grand Final PUBLIC HOLIDAY ride to lunch - Friday 25 Sept

Hi all

PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE OF MEETING POINT

Meeting from 9.30 AM for a 9.45 am Departure one of our regular service stations The BP Truckstop on Geelong Road, Brooklyn (MAP) and here you can fuel your bike as well as yourselves.

Geelong members to meet in the centre of Ballan at 11.05am on the corner of Fisken Street and Old Melbourne Road where there are public toilets if required, and will depart for Daylesford at 11.15am sharp.

Bendigo Members to meet in Daylesford at 12.00pm at the Metro Service Station, once you arrive in Daylesford, head towards Ballarat,  approx 1km from the centre of town the Metro petrol station is on the right hand side.

I have booked a table for 20, but there is still space so remember that this is a one pub town so we need to confirm numbers for them so please confirm your attendance ASAP.

Having said that its the Grand Final public holiday so let's all get onboard with a ride to and lunch at the Cumberland hotel in Smeaton!

There's no excuse for any member from Geelong, Bendigo and Ballarat, not to join up for Lunch and a fantastic opportunity to catch up with all of our members.

While we’re there, we can also visit Anderson’s Mill, one of Victoria’s remarkable heritage sites.

    Just to encourage your attendance at the Grand Final ride. VCoM even had its own football team in the early days. Yes, it's true. The VCoM team was official and played in the Essendon District Football League. Not sure how good they were, but there are some famous Vespa Club names on that banner.
