We will meet at The Edge for a group departure
The Bendigo Crew have arranged a ride followed by lunch in Daylesford. The plan is to meet them at the Daylesfor Cidery around 12noon for a light lunch, chat, tyre kick and laugh.
This is a chance for a decent ride through great countryside and a meet up with one of the other regional groups
Pleae register attendance so that a booking for lunch can be made

ha ha ha Good on you Greg. A lot of words and effort from someone who is not upset, or doesn't want to make a point. I don't understand why I am "lucky" when you are the only person who seems to have an issue, and wants to express your displeasure publicly. Also, just to be clear, no one else in the club has expressed concern or disappointment - maybe you need to stir a few people up. It really is not difficult to see what you are trying to do. As for me, I will continue to act in the best interests of my fellow members and riders in the club generally and in the Geelong region in particular.

That is your opinion Greg. My view is, given that we regularly have members turn up who have not registered, the opportunity to ride should have still been available. Local members have my contact details (and in the past we have contacted people who we were expecting to come along on a ride). You, Greg, have my details and could have easily been in touch to check if you wanted to seeing as you posted here at 11.45pm - you chose not to, even though you didn't have a response to your questions. Nettie on the other hand managed to work it out. This was a straightforward ride to Daylesford from Geelong and to an identified location. Cancelling the ride would have removed any opportunity to catch up with Bendigo which was the whole purpose of the ride. Just because you think it's wrong Greg, doesn't make it wrong. In the end no one seems to have been put out or upset, except for you. Please, no more games
I think the organizer should have cancelled this event rather than have left it 'live' and just not turned up. Members may have turned up at the departure point at The Edge on Sunday morning for example.

Thanks Tufan, I didn't realise you'd cancelled due to your surgery. Anyhow I hadn't heard anything from you this morning so I opted to go join the Mornington Group instead.

Hi Tufan/Geelong Riders. Can I meet you along way? What is the route? Assuming Ballan might be on the route, could you give me an approx ETA for there, or some other place?
What time are you passing through Ballan ?
