A chip run! We'll keep it short this week as winter seems to be early this year. But we get to check out a new cafe in the morning, and the chips at Half Moon Bay are pretty good.

Firstly from 9. AM: Meet at Bella Cosi, 71 Beach Road, Port Melbourne for breakfast and coffee.

Yes it's a new one to check out and it looks good. It's an indoorsy type of venue, and there's plenty of good footpath parking around the buildng. MAP

We'll depart at 10.30 AM

Then we do the Beach Rd ride down to Black Rock and the beautiful Half Moon Bay, where the chippery serves the finest with a view over the bay and Cerberus. If the weather holds out we'll return to St Kilda for coffee.
