1 Comment 0 LikesHi Mark, I just wanted to point out that the 'Not the Mille' event is only open for classic geared scooters. That is, scooters that are older than 25 years. Part of the challenge to get these old oily two-stokes to complete the entire 1000-km route without breaking down. Some scooters from the 1950s have managed to finish the entire route but unusually well after dark, ha ha. Best wishes, David
Hi Mark, thanks for letting us know. It’s a shame but Sunday’s weather was looking too wet and it was a long ride down to Korumburra. The workshop ride will be great and I will see you on the Westerly Winter Wander, David
Hi Mark. Thanks for your reply and for your number. The couple who are coming from Cheltenham say they might bring a trailer. So it looks as though you will be the only one coming from the city. We will see you in Pakenham outside ANZ. Unfortunately the weather is a bit iffy with clearing showers in the morning. We will just have to rug up and be brave, ha ha.
Hi Mark, thanks for your reply. We have a couple, Ray and Suzette, riding from Cheltenham so it might suit you to hook up with them. A trip down Nepean Hwy to meet them perhaps? They will need to get away by around 8:30am. Sally, Steve and I will see you in Pakenham before 9.30am. Then we have a nice back road ride from there to Korumburra. Best wishes, David
Hi Mark. This is David. Are you making your own way from Melbourne to Korumburra for next Sunday's ride? Just post a note on the event page to let us know. Best wishes.
Hi Mark
Welcome to the site.
Cheers Julie
