The next Committee Meeting of the VCM takes place on TUES 03 October at 6.30 PM.

Bacause of Christmas, a commercial venue is unavailable. So the meeting wil be at the President's home:

1/23 Everett St, West Brunswick. (MAP)

Check your email for agenda and reports. Organize to Skype if you can't make it in person.

Main items will be fine tuning Xmas and Round The Bay and setting up the next year.
