Our px200 front drum brake model is not great on the front brakes when they are cold.

I've stripped and serviced the shoes, and replaced inner and outer cables with little overall improvement,.also have new steering bearings, not that these should matter apart from resolving a front bake shudder.

Has anyone got suggestions on replacement brake shoes that perform good when cold or any other fixes?

Cheers, Ray

These have been developed for race use and are apparently excellent from what I've read. I plan on using them in one of my projects soon.
